Baqus is a Building and Quantity Surveying Consultancy group which operates across the UK and is experienced in every sector of the construction industry.

Founded by three existing, very experienced practices of Boxall Sayer, Denley King and Fletcher McNeill, the Group's roots go back to the nineteenth century. In 2008 Baqus acquired Sworn King partnership of Oxford and in 2009 the Nigel Rose Group of London, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and Warrington. The practice also has a close relationship with Brian Hannaby Associates of Liverpool.

Baqus offers excellent teams of experienced Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers, Project Managers, Building Surveyors, CDM Co-ordinators, Access Consultants and Sustainability experts.
