Darren Stratton graduated as a Building Surveyor in 1999 and has practiced in Hertfordshire and London. He joined the company in 2004, became Chartered in 2005 and was promoted to Director in 2018. Darren’s skills include inspecting buildings, identifying defects and their possible causes and specifying the remedial works. Darren is also an experienced party wall and dilapidations surveyor.

Darren has also delivered building projects for public and private clients on a wide range of commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare and historic buildings. Darren’s interests include travel, running, badminton and reading.
