David Dunne graduated from Bristol Polytechnic in 1988 and became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1991. He started off at a medium-sized quantity surveying practice before moving to specialist contractors, initially as Contracts Manager for Nusteel Structures Ltd, and then as UK Commercial Manager for Birdair Inc.

He joined Denley King (now part of Baqus) in 2000 and has been running the Canterbury office since 2005. He has worked on all sizes of projects from small residential extensions to large multi-million pound developments, and in all sectors throughout London and the South East, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitals, hotels and hospitality, education and ecclesiastical buildings.

His strengths include construction costs, construction contracts and disputes, and the CDM Regulations/construction health and safety.

David’s interests include karate and FA Refereeing.
