Extension to existing premises to provide office accommodation
Horizontal three storey high quality extension to existing premises providing comfort cooled office accommodation. Structural steel frame erected off mass concrete bases, dry clad walling system with PPC aluminium windows and curtain walling. Flat roof construction with third storey boardroom accommodation to rotunda. Scheme incorporates high quality atrium with glazed roof.
Works include realignment of site access road to free development plot and relocation of buried services and data cabling.
