The refurbishment and conversion of a Grade 2 listed former Law Courts building into a performing arts centre in Warrington within a very confined site.
The works included preserving much of the façade and fenestration of the existing building and the provision of a new wrap around structure. The scheme comprised high quality installations including stage equipment.
Our Quantity Surveying services comprised the preparation of estimates, cost planning and cost checking of the design development, assistance with Arts Lottery submission and preparation of tender documentation, reporting on tenders and contact appointments, preparation of valuations and post contract financial reports, agreement of final account.
