Baqus has been retained by Alpha Hospitals for extending their private sector secure psychiatric hospitals at Bury, Sheffield and Woking. Alpha Hospitals provide specialist services in purpose built facilities which are designed to offer exceptionally high standards of accommodation, with a particular emphasis on accommodating patients with multiple disabilities. All the projects have been challenging, working within occupied hospital environments and achieving a good balance between tight budgetary constraints, short programmes and stipulated quality requirements.
