Roger Knowles to stand down as Chairman of Baqus Group Plc - 01/09/09

Baqus announces the resignation of Roger Knowles from the Board of the Group with effect from Monday, 31 August 2009. Mr Knowles is standing down for personal reasons having served as Chairman since the Group was admitted to trading on AIM in December 2007. He will continue to act as a consultant to the Group.

Acquisition of Nigel Rose Group - 01/07/09

Baqus is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Nigel Rose Group, which consists of Nigel Rose LLP and Nigel Rose Management Limited (together "Nigel Rose"). The consideration for the acquisition will be based on Nigel Rose's adjusted net assets as at 30 June 2009 and will be satisfied through a cash payment on or before 30 September 2010.
