BAQUS Success At Roedean School, Brighton

BAQUS Construction Consutlancy has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services for the  refurbishment of the Old Lawrence boarding house at Roedean School in Brighton, bringing alive a building not used in recent years and providing additional areas for socialising as well as boarding and private study.  Sitting within the grounds of the main school designed by Sir John Simpson, the building benefits from its unique cliff-top position providing fantastic views across the coast and south downs.

The refurbishment starts on-site in February 2012; a two stage tender process enabling an early site commencement, essential to assist in maximizing the school’s revenue stream.
