The main phase of our major project at St. Martin’s Hospital, Canterbury has been completed on time and on budget.

Three inpatient wards will provide 54 en-suite bedrooms and associated specialist facilities for younger adults.

Built by Principal Supply Chain Partner Kier Group under the Procure 21 initiative, we provided the roles of project manager, NEC Supervisor and project administrator.

John Carey, Estates Director for Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, said “Working with Paul’s team at Baqus has been one of the highlights of the project. Professionalism, enthusiasm and good humour have characterised the work of Lara and Amie, led by Sue in her outstanding project management role. I’ll certainly miss those regular, detailed reports, which were always presented with solutions for every problem. The success of the project is due in huge measure to the work of Sue and her colleagues.”
