BAQUS are pleased to announce that our landmark Grade 2 listed ecclesiastical project at St Paul’s, Hammersmith in central London has been completed.

Situated in a busy part of London, adjacent to a flyover and The Hammersmith Apollo Theatre. St Paul's has been extensively refurbished including a extension to form a new centre, providing community, conference and teaching facilities. The new building has been built with the environment in mind and aspects include sedum (grass) roofing and a heat exchange system through piles.

BAQUS have been part of a successful design team for over 6 years providing the church with new facilities, coupled with intensive internal and external stonework cleaning and repairs.

BAQUS provided full Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordination services for the project and are part of a successful design team with Richard Griffiths Architects.
