Oxford Associate Director gains PG Dip CHE

David Roche, an Associate Director based in Oxford with Baqus Sworn King has successfully completed a two year course to achieve a Post Graduate Diploma in the Conservation of the Historic Environment from the College of Estate Management.

Baqus Sworn King is part of Baqus Group plc, a national firm of Construction Consultants.

Clive Sayer Chief Executive Officer commented:

“I am delighted to congratulate David on this attainment which he has achieved whilst working hard on a number of projects for key local clients. Baqus has been pleased to support him as part of our ongoing commitment to staff development and training”.

Locally David has carried out consultancy services for many historic building projects in Oxfordshire and beyond which include: Ditchley Park Conference Centre near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, and Oxford University Press Headquarters in Walton Street, Oxford and St Bernard’s Hospital, Ealing.

He said “I have been very pleased to expand my knowledge and qualifications in an area of our work that really interests me. I hope to be able to bring the benefit of this to other offices in the Group as well as Oxford”
