BAQUS have successfully handed over two projects in Inverness just before the festive season.

Firstly, BAQUS have completed a Travelodge in Inverness Town City which houses 54 rooms with en-suites and is the third Travelodge to have opened in the Inverness area. The new hotel has Bar and Cafe facilities and has created another 15 jobs in the area.

The newly built Travelodge hotel features the next generation of the company’s ‘Travelodgical’ contemporary room design.  The rooms have bespoke king-size Travelodge Dreamer bed with bedside USB charging points; softer LED ceiling lighting, giving the room a warmer feel; ‘Comfort cooling’ and a Samsung 32 inch digital television.

The second project to complete is a New Revolution Bar in Inverness. Revolution Inverness will be the brand’s sixth site in Scotland. The 98-cover bar and restaurant, located in the city centre in a listed building converted from former department store McEwans, will be split over two floors. Along with the other two Revolution Bars which opened across the UK this month a total of 200 jobs have been created!

BAQUS have proviced Quantity Surveying Services on these schemes.
