We undertake access audits of buildings in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, ensuring that building owners meet their legal obligations by making buildings fully accessible. Our access audit reports provide detailed information regarding any remedial works, together with cost estimates. We can also design and procure the necessary building works.

• Access Audits of existing premises to identify shortcomings and produce prioritised lists of improvements
• Access Reviews of designs for new schemes and major refurbishments/conversions including producing recommendations for any necessary design improvements
• Design Team participation - taking an active role as a member of the Design Team specifically responsible for looking after the needs of disabled people
• Building consultancy services to organise necessary improvements following audit Policy - advising on preparation of formal "Maximum Access" policies and their implementation including Staff Training and adoption of positive attitudes towards Access issues
• The team has a realistic understanding of care issues as well as building matters
