CDM Co-ordination
Baqus bring to the new role of CDM Co-ordinator our established professional approach, a realistic appreciation of clients' requirements, and a practical solution to the issues involved. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 places wider statutory duties on clients than the previous 1994 Regulations including the appointment of a CDM Co-ordinator.
Senior staff are on HSE approved Registers of CDM Co-ordinators, a key criterion in the competence assessment criteria given in the ACOP. Baqus Group is also Corporate Members of the Association for Project Safety.
Our CDM Co-ordinators work closely with end users to better understand their requirements for every scheme including any restrictions, phasing, decanting etc. This process of interaction has enabled us to engender mutual respect and confidence with the client and project stakeholders.
